By accessing or using QR Fiddle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty: The materials on QR Fiddle are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Accessibility: We are not responsible for any problems with accessibility, uptime, or other technical elements of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Usage Limit & Termination: We reserve the right to limit your usage or stop cooperation and terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or if your usage is deemed excessive or harmful to the service.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall QR Fiddle or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
